This weeks marks the start of the second trimester!!! I’m so glad we’ve finally reached this point. It seems like it’s been both a long time and a very short time since I found out I was pregnant, but I wouldn’t trade it for the world.
We’ve learned that our little bean is a boy, which is so exciting! We’ve been able to start updating our gift registry with all of the baby boy clothes, toys, and all the necessary items for our little man. We’ve chosen a name, though we won’t be making it public for a while still. Now we just have to do a lot of prepping for his arrival.
Pregnancy has been quite a journey, but definitely a beautiful one. I’ve had a pretty smooth pregnancy so far. No sickness, no serious issues. I’ve had some heartburn and some discomfort through the night, but nothing insufferable. I’ve been blessed with a calm pregnancy thus far.
Please continue to pray for my husband and I as we learn how to adjust to the uncertainty of pregnancy. Keep our little boy in your prayers as well. Stay safe out there!
